Nothing Bundt Cakes has been our new family tradition for birthday cakes and gathering events since its first opening, whether at home or in another city or state. The cakes are very moist and delicious. We are in Chicago this week and need a cake for birthday. We Google it and found this store near my old job. It didn't disappoint me.

I ordered a dozen bundtini's for a New Year's Eve event. When I got there the box was sealed so I never thought that needed to look and verify that what I ordered and paid for was actually in the box, but yes, I should have. When we opened the box later that night instead of a dozen there were only eleven (11). I called the store after the New Year informing them of this error, but all I got was "sorry"! The store itself is clean, and was nicely laid out. As per my guest, the bundtini's were delicious. But I did not get what I paid for and disappointed by the response received. I was going to let it go, but customers need to be made aware. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Really great cakes, I didn’t have high expectations upon arrival because truthfully they don’t look the best appearance wise. However, I tried 3 of them and they were all marvelous! Warmed up it really is great and moist. I’ll be back!

So dang cute! I ordered online in the morning and it was ready when we went to pick up earlier than we had originally planned and they were so accommodating! Never have ordered for a special occasion before and was pleasantly surprised by the cuteness of it. Will definitely be back!

Best place for quick pick up order cakes. They always have the cake ready on time. I like how you can custom the cake to literally any occasion. It can get pricey but they have a variety of flavors as well. My favorite ja the red velvet and the birthday cake one. I would recommend getting cakes here. The staff is always nice and friendly as well

I placed an online order with the Skokie store for a next day delivery. After placing the order, I received an email confirming the order and delivery time window of 10AM-4PM. Next day comes and I had someone wait at home for the delivery but no one shows up. I called the store at 4:45PM to check on the status of the delivery and they tell me that the cake got delivered between 10AM-12PM. I went back and checked the video recordings to see if we somehow didn’t hear the doorbell or missed the delivery person but the recordings confirmed that no one showed up which the store stated they had. So I called back and they changed their story to state that the cake is in their last batch of deliveries and that it should get delivered to me between 5-6PM. As you guessed, that timeframe came and went as well without any delivery.

Reem was so nice taking my order and helped me choose the right cake for my event. I had so many questions and she was super helpful and explained all the flavors, sizes and type of cakes in detail. Definitely will come back again.

Their system or policies make zero sense . first I called to place an order for pick up, was told the closest window is in 2 hours so I just went in to order. I wanted to order 2 dozen of mini cupcakes chocolate, vanilla and red velvet . I was told I can't, they don't do that for holidays ??? i can only get their special assortment, im spending 55$ on cupcakes and I can't have what I want ?! someone needs to fix this nonsense!
