I typically love cakes from here, and I simply went in to pick up some cakes on Valentine’s Day and was met with the worst service. The lady who initially took my order left to retrieve the cupcakes and another women appeared from the back and asked if I had been helped so she can help other people behind me. I said yes, and moved over slightly to make sure I wasn’t in anyone’s way and she bluntly and very rudely exclaimed that I still needed to pay. Obviously, I know I have to pay for my cupcakes, and I assumed the woman who got my cupcakes, was returning shortly to check me out meanwhile, this other woman interrupted and was a complete buzz kill. For such an upbeat and positive environment, where people come and get dessert for celebratory occasions, it sucks that they have someone working here with the nastiest attitude and who can’t even spare a smile and provide good customer service. I came in around 2 o’clock on Valentine’s Day and the woman in question is a white brunette lady. The entire interaction was short but so unpleasant and I hope this isn’t what I can expect from this location moving forward

Great tasting cakes. Our favorites are the chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet and lemon.
Store is nice, bright and clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every time I think about the gym and my need to lose weight, someone brings me a delicious treat to twart my progress. Today, my colleague brought us a vanilla pound cake with a heavenly icing that made me smack myself after I ate my third slice! I've had the lemon cake and the birthday confetti one (I screwed that up) and dear lord, they too were amazing! The staff are super friendly, there is always parking, and you will not be disappointed. Thanks for being AMAZING!

This NBC is fine. I don't see anything special about this Nothing Bundt Cakes. The employees are kind, the cake tastes like every other cake from every other NBC.
However, I am really disappointed that this NBC does NOT send out any coupons... If you go to the NBC in Woodbridge or other NOVA locations, you will see that they send out at the most 2 coupons per month.
Sometimes my girlfriends who are signed up for he Woodbridge email list will receive coupons... and then I check my email for this Fairfax location... and they send nothing, just tons of emails. Zero coupons. It is so odd.
ALSO, this bakery is more expensive! Their bundles are like 6 dollars (pre tax)... Woodbridge is 5.95 (pre-tax). It is crazy. I am not sure if the owners of this bakery are just money hungry or what... Y'all are doing your customers a disservice.
It would be nice to at least save a couple dollars a month. Why be so stingy?
This all has caused me to start going to other NBCs in the area. Because if anything, I want to go somewhere where they aren't seeing me as some money tree... I would like to be seen as an actual customer. This isnt a good way to build connections with customers.
