Friendly staff. Food was a letdown. Ordered the pastrami sandwich with deep fried mushrooms. Mushrooms were burnt to the point of being rock hard, and the mushroom inside has atrophied into a tiny speck. The bun for the sandwich was not the right type of roll for it. Also was not toasted. The pastrami was extremely dried out and flavorless which even the 4 dots of spicy mustard couldn't help. The game room is decent with a nice assortment. Just needs a lot of work on the food. My partner is from New York. I've never been, so I have no frame of reference. He almost teared up. He said this pizza is the closest to New York slices in Madison. We went there on Thursday 2/8/24 for our anniversary and I have not been able to stop thinking about how effing good it was. I'd eat there every day if I could.
