Ordered a Caesar salad. Did not come with dressing. When I called to see what can be done they don't answer the phone. I've been a loyal Noodles customer for years, but won't be back to this location. I'm wondering if it's because I don't tip on take out orders. I'd certainly like to know if tipping is required for good service and if the employees get paid enough to perform their jobs without tips for people that aren't using the location to eat. Every time I come to this Noodles and Company they get my order wrong. I have to wait 20 minutes to get my food every time I come here, and today the register refused to give me a water cup that I can put a lid on for my TO GO ORDER. When I asked the register nicely for a cup I could put a lid on, she denied it to me again. Food is usually decent, however I have yet to go and not have my order messed up in some way. Either I won't get what I did order but a completely different thing, I'll get someone else's order, or I just won't receive half of my order. Which sucks because they cost so much. To add on. The store is clean, most of the time, and I can appreciate that. But the staff? The staff is very hot or miss. The manager especially is a miss. I've gone to her with an order wherein which I did not receive part of it, and instead of being offered assistance and instead of being met with the expected customer service "let's fix this problem" I was accused of lying, was told that the order I was referencing didn't exist despite the fact that I had not only my receipt, but the order number, the time I submit my order, and exact dollar amount complete with address, there is, on my end, zero room for confusion. She hung up on me. I did end up going back to the store to correct it. I was missing $10~ worth of food. Luckily! The young girl working behind the counter was very helpful and I appreciate her immensely. She did help sort out my issue, she had no issues pulling up my order and it was fixed right then and there. So, again, staff is very hot or miss. Still, I do think I will be trying my luck with literally any other establishment aside from this one. Like, arguably, eating out of the trash would grant me better service and, if I'm being honest, better food. :/ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce consistency was a bit off from usual. The shop doesn't offer recycling for all the aluminum cans and glass bottles, which is noodles C levels not being good stewards of the planet. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Great location. Decided to stop here to get something to eat. Really nice. Staff friendly, place clean, restrooms clean, great seating arrangement, and delicious food! Both my sisters and my Wisconsin’s Mac n’ cheese (mine with grilled chicken) . Delicious! Took a star away because my sisters portion of food didn’t look like a regular at all but it’s alright. Great customer service. Terrible food though. My zucchini pasta with cream sauce was unbearable salty. Husband's Korean noodles were very sweet and salty. No real flavors in either of our meals which is a bummer because all the ingredients are so yummy if you don't drown them in flavorless salty sauce. I imagine this is more like a recipe issue with the chain as a whole than a specific location issue. Takeaway is if you like good food don't go here. I have eaten here for years and everything relates back to management and staff at time of dining. If the management and crew is good then it is a solid 5 stars, no complaints, but if it is bad management and staff enjoy finding bugs in your lettuce like I did 2 years back. Reported it to customer help line and got nothing. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Payed over $50 for 4 cold noodle bowls. Manager Lynn was super rude. The noodles looked old. Payed an extra $4 for 3 tiny shrimp. I highly recommend getting pasta for dinner somewhere else. I placed an order and the app said 17-21 min. Called 10 min later to make sure my order had gone thru and they said yes it's sitting right here. So my food was cold and old by the time I got to it. Instead of remedying the situation the manager got rude. So gross.
