$20 bucks for a little pasta dish and a nasty rotted salad that came in a tiny cup that most restaurants would use as a dressing cup not a salad container! Also had many different types of noodles mixed in to my bowl. While this doesn’t seem to be that big of a deal because noodles are noodles, it’s often an indicator or a messy food line and carelessness. I’d be wary if you have allergies. The straw that broke the camels back is the cardboard straw for my drink! This is my last visit! I could have gone next door to OG and ate endless salad and pasta for this price and could have gotten an actual drink straw! Go woke go broke! The people working there were nice, but the food is basically leftover pasta with sauce thrown on it. Also, the mac n cheese is noodles with shredded cheese on top, and some cream basically microwaved. Absolutely no flavor. Ordered online, and arrived to find 5 of 6 employees in the kitchen trying to get dishes out while the remaining employee struggled to package orders. Guests arriving to order were told there was a 30 minute wait. Once we finally got our order (25 minutes after the quoted time online), we found the following issues: Buffalo Mac and cheese had no sauce (was totally dry), chicken parmesan had the wrong noodles, and one entree (penne rosa) was missing entirely. When we contacted Noodles & Co about this, it took several weeks of back and forth emails just to secure a refund for the omitted dish.
