For a Saturday night it wasn’t very busy. I had placed an order for pickup. I got a combo and received my drink but didn’t get my fries. I didn’t notice till I got home. I had called and was placed on hold for 7 mins so I just hung up. I guess I should’ve checked before leaving but at the same time I shouldn’t have to. For all I ordered was a cheese burger combo. First time to this restaurant a couple weeks ago and wow! Was I surprised! The service was great, since this was our first time there we had a few questions regarding the menu and the young man at the counter was extremely kind and patient. We ordered our lunch and sat down and when our food came we were pleasantly surprised. Their portions are huge and delicious! We will definitely be back. Very friendly staff, and always great food. From their burgers, chicken fried steak, grilled fish, it's always fresh and flavorful. This location is very similar to the others in the chain, but with a flair of "Wharton specific" touches in the decor. Will definitely be back again! I LOVE the food here. The prices are great and the servings are extremely generous. My only issue is that we (family and I) walked in and were looking at menu deciding who was going to order what and there was this LOUD noise going on. By loud I mean I had to lean in and shout to the person next to me. My aunt asked what that noise was and was told it was the fryer. We couldn’t stay and eat through that and we had an infant with us. No way would we put a babies ears through that. We couldn’t stay to eat and went somewhere else. We were all disappointed because this is one of our favorite places to eat. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend their food. It’s so delicious and the amount of food you get is incredible. Absolutely incredible lunch. The most delicious gyro. You would have thought you went to Niko Niko"s in Houston, so amazing.
