Great place to stop in and grab a quick bite. My girlfriend had a burger that came with all the fixings, she said it was super juicy and full of flavor. We will make it a regular stop when we come through. Charlie waited on us and was very respectful and made sure we had what we needed. The seafood was absolutely excellent and the prices were nothing worth sweating about. Everything was cooked well and portions were fantastic. My server, Charlie, was a wonderful help and an extraordinarily friendly server. The selection of drinks was also nice, they seem to carry at least one thing for everyone. Very long wait for food and could not get drinks refilled even after asking multiple (3) times. Appetizers and drinks came out and were amazing! But it was over an hour from when we finished appetizers to get our main dishes. And our food was just warm enough to eat, pretty sure they had been sitting out, done, for a long time. We finally got our drinks refilled the same time they brought the check, after all food was done. Was annoying eating dinner with no drink. Was very bummed overall, wouldn’t recommend. The food was so delicious, but the michelada that you prepare me OMG WAS WONDERFUL AMAZING THANK YOU FOR THAT, is the first place prepare so delicious.. And the lady that attended us was very gentle. We dined, scratch that, we ate at this restaurant on our way up the coast. I live in Arizona, mind you. So, I ordered Prawns. I was super excited since we are land locked, and seafood is not supposed to be as good in Az as it is in a coastal town, right? These "Prawns" were a joke. I can get popcorn shrimp in Scottsdale bigger than their Prawns. I suggest you skip this place. Total rip off. First let me say that the service was excellent. The bartender Delia, was very attentive when it came to my selections for what was on tap. Second, Delia was able to make sure a requested table was clean as they were close to closing time. The food wasn't what you would expect from a pub as evidenced in the pictures following. The overall service was excellent, the food was better than expected, and the atmosphere was quiet because it was close to closing. I am heading to Newport Steak and Seafood! Julio has my cocktail ready when I walk in the door! But then comes the impossible but never disappointing task of what to eat! Casual Dining with decent amount of Steak and Seafood options. Ambience and Service might be casual but I felt the quality of the good was definitely above casual. Absolutely horrible. The worst food in Newport. Steakhouse prices with NONE of the delivery! My steak was burnt not seared on the outside, the seasoning was burnt. The lettuce was black on the edges of my salad and the cabbage was turning. My daughter’s aujus for her french dip was a puddle of grease. Most of the food was from a box. Don’t wait until it’s too late for good food like we did. There are other places open 24 hours with good food. Skip this at all costs. Very expensive for the very very bad quality.
