The best pizza I have had in Texas! I was craving pizza while visiting New Braunfels and found this amazing restaurant. I ordered the large vegetable pizza and it was so good. Absolutely not what I expected! Buffalo tenders are perfect! Minimal breading, moist and friggin Huge! The buffalo sauce it a sweet and tangy (heat to desired… med is a great medium heat)… Alyssa was an amazing server! Pizza was ready at pick up, hot & fresh. Love the sauce, love the cheese, so yummy, love the crust, chewy and not tough. Folks are always friendly. Been ordering pizza since NY pizza pub opened, we moved farther away with several options in between, but we go the distance to get the best pizza in town! The BEST pizza in New Braunfels!! Finally chose to dine in and watch the cowboys game inside and the service and atmosphere were just as good. We pulled this place up on the map, and that was lunch. Sometimes, that's what we do. We arrived not long after opening with only one other table occupied. We ordered our drinks that came out fairly quickly. After perusing the menu, we decided on garlic knots and the Supreme Pizza. After ordering, we were told they were making new garlic knots, and they would come out with the pizza. We were ok with that, fresh is good. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen because they were not busy, but 45 minutes later, we finally received our pizza. The pizza was good. Not over sauces like some places like to do. Toppings were plentiful and all-around good pie. We were finished with the pizza when the knots finally came out an hour after ordering them. If you look at the pictures of the knots, you can see they are worth the wait. The outside was crispy and covered with garlic. The knots were sitting in two inches of garlic butter! The inside was nice and soft and amazing. My only complaint is that they weren't completely done. The middle was doughy. All over it was good food. The kitchen needs some help to be on par with the servers. The wait for food was pretty extreme for the lack of customers. I read a review that was from a new Yorker, raving about the authenticity of the "new York pizza" We ordered half Hawaiian and half cheeseburger, and it was AMAZING . We got a large. This was my daughter's favorite daddy/daughter date night place. Our last visit was not a good experience, service was horrible, no plates or utensils, but we got food, no refills, and I was given the impression that I was majorly inconveniencing the wait staff. The chicken tenders were already breaded chicken with more breading added, they were horrible (see photo). The pizza was not as good as in the past and the restaurant had seen better days. Dead flies all over the floor and dust hanging from the lights. Not sure what happened to this place but it's really taken a turn for the worse. My Son and I stopped by here for a Father’s Day lunch, and let’s just say I found my new favorite pizza 🍕 place. The Food, Service, and Atmosphere were all amazing and top notch. The syracuse poster, the way the buffalo wings were prepared, and not last of all the pie(Pizza) tells me they are NY trained. All of the food was great, the staff was beyond friendly. The decor on the walls, and ample large screen TVs made for a wonderful atmosphere weather you wanted to sit and have dinner with the family, or sattle up at the bar with friends to watch the game. The bar was well stocked, and whimsical, with ice cold beers. If you are in the area, I would 100% recommend stopping in. If you aren't, and looking for a truly great pizza, it's worth the trip.
