On 2/03/2024 at approximately 20:48 hours, my party and I were treated in such a nasty and racist way by one Server in particular; Moira. We ignored countless racial stereotypes by Moira, until the end of the night, it was time to say something. Moira was extremely rude, extremely reactive and not consistent with her work at all. When we arrived we watched this server gove GREAT service to the group that played on the lane next to Us for a few hours, and after they left, She never cleared their table mess - Instead She blamed it on Us and that was completely inappropriate and uncaused for. When we informed her She never cleaned up their mess, She snatched everything away from the table with complete disturbance or attitude. After our food came, we asked if we could have 2 pitchers, 1 with water, and the other with pink lemonade. She brings out the 2 pitchers and says, “How are you all going to pay for this”? Insinuating that the $80 amount of food already on the table was not paid for (whoch is was). Extremely offensive, extremely unprofessional. When I asked for a manager, manager Catherine came out and brushed off what I said to another employee and I don’t even know who He was or why She did it. Not even a word to me, just walked away from me and bought in the guy that was taking our food orders. This place needs new management, and I will see to that it gets done. If you are not White/Caucasion, I don’t recommend bowling here. The purpose of going out at night and enjoying your self with friends and family is to be able to do that and show kids growing up how far the world has come as far as diversity and respect - Clearly We had New Hope Bowling confused by a long shot. Won’t be bowling at New Hope Bowling Ever again. By the way, no customer service accomodations were made whatsoever - Not even an effort. Manager: Catherine Server: Moira They also are false advertising Chicago Style Pizza, when it tastes NOTHING like Chicago style pizza.

I had fun with my family here. Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable food prices and bowling prices. Clean bathrooms. The food was good and the lanes seemed nice. Note: I am the type of bowler that rents shoes and borrows a ball so I don't know how good it would be for more serious bowlers.

The atmosphere was fun at New Hope bowl! My sister, sister in law and niece had blast bowling on Saturday night!! Great pizza and wings too!!

Pleasantly surprised by this place. It is a large bowling alley. It has I think about 32 lanes, which is good because they do A LOT of league bowling there and are limited on how many lanes they can have open for regular people to come in and bowl. There is a restaurant and bar attached for people to wait at if all the lanes are in use and those are pretty good, nothing crazy good, but just good. The bowling alley smelled pretty strong of cologne and perfume, but that could have been because of all the league players present or maybe they're cleaning policies. Not that that is a bad thing, I'd rather have those smells then feet and BO. I don't bowl enough to compare prices but shoe rental is about $4 then it's like $40 per hour you rent a lane, though the cost of lane rental is split up between your party members.

Went for a fun family activity and it was incredible! Everyone had a blast and stayed off their phones, the staff is exceptionally helpful and nice, the food was insanely good: we got calzones, fish sandwich and the California burger, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Clean bathrooms and well maintained. Highly recommend this place. Definitely a hidden gem, will be back. 100%
