They serve the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. Please try their soy garlic fried chicken. Seriously, I’ve been dreaming of this chicken ever since my first visit. It was so fresh, perfectly crispy yet delectably juicy, and the flavor was so unique and satisfying. The banchan was plentiful and fresh. The kimchi was wonderfully spicy and the radish so flavorful. We also tried the spicy pork and shrimp dumplings. They were also very good but if I had to chose one food item it would be the garlic soy fried chicken, hands down, no questions asked. I can’t wait to return. Side note: Anthony Bourdain visited the MyungIn location in California. This place lives up to the hype! We tried 3 different types of dumplings, two steamed, one fried. They were HUGE and so delicious. You can see the staff making them to order in the kitchen. Fantastic service. The inside is a little basic but spotless. If you want dumplings in Federal Way you have to try Myungin! The best fried chicken I’ve had in WASHINGTON STATE! The soy garlic is absolute fire and mouth watering! The sweet and spicy flavor is finger licking good AND the PRICES beats ALL them Fried chicken chains. Not a single one out there got anything on these perfectly fried crisp and well-coated flavors all the way to theeee bone and juicy on the inside. My soul is happy this is very local to me. I will never get fried chicken anywhere in the vicinity except if i want it on a Monday because they’re closed lol. And the dumplings… were also delicious! We had 3 different types and they were all good. But not as memorable as that chicken seeped and savored in my soul. So much so that we came back again the same week.
