My Name is Tannino is an absolute gem of a restaurant located in the lovely old town of Scicli. The location alone is worth the visit, as it is situated on the banks of a canal, making for a romantic and intimate atmosphere. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they offer a selection of local wines and craft beers to accompany the delicious food. The menu is concise but varied, with something for everyone. We opted for the antipasti platter, which was full of local delights, and the pasta dishes were simply divine. The highlight for us was the octopus served on a bed of fava beans – absolutely exquisite! Prices are very reasonable, and all in all, we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
