Come to find out their baristas DONT get to keep tips. It just goes right back into the business. This isn't fair to their staff and is frankly out of line. Generally the customer expects tips to be just that, a tip and thank you to the staff for excellent service. This was my first visit to Mugshot Coffee. I arrived around 2 pm and there were only 3 people ahead of me. They share a small parking lot with a couple of other businesses so parking may be limited during high peak hours. They offer tap to pay. I had the Oatmeal raisin cookie ($2.50). It was a little too sweet for my taste but was a nice size for the cost. When I get it again I’ll just order a regular coffee. I also had a 12 oz hot toasted marshmallow oat milk Latte ($6.30), it was great! I will definitely be returning for another cup of coffee and try other food items on the menu.
