Mr. Mamas lived up to the hype! Local mom and pop shop. Original owner was from Michigan but sold and they’ve kept the place going strong. Great service from Gabby. The food was fresh and on point. We did not have to wait and got sat down quickly. Portions were big. The chicken fried steak was alot! Would definitely come back! Phenomenal food! I love savory breakfast foods, but often find that people just throw sodium at meat and hope no one notices. ESPECIALLY with corned beef hash, chicken fried steak, and biscuits and gravy. Those are three things that a lot of joints have, and almost no one makes it where it's actually palatable and not just a parade featuring "Salt on Seven Forms". Mr. Mama's was PERFECT on all three dishes. My wife prefers sweet breakfasts but tried the biscuits and gravy and loved them! I tried them too and agreed they were great. My dish was the Chicken Fried Steak and it was probably the best I've had? The breading had corn meal and it added good flavor without feeling gritty. We also tried the corned beef hash, which caused me to regret that I didn't get a full order! It was SO well-balanced and yet flavorful. The only thing better than the food was the stellar service - we had Claudia and she was terrific! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The French toast was amazing! Probably some of the best I've ever had. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. I would recommend it! Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I recently visited this diner-style restaurant and had a fantastic experience. One of the standout features is the availability of guest wifi, making it convenient for those looking to catch up on work or social media while enjoying a meal. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, with ample seating options. It's the kind of place where you can sit anywhere and feel comfortable. I noticed that the place tends to get busier around 9, so if you prefer a quieter dining experience, it's advisable to go earlier. What I loved most about the place was its diner-style charm, attracting sports enthusiasts and creating a friendly, family-like atmosphere among both customers and staff. The use of original photos from the restaurant's roots in Michigan adds a nostalgic touch, providing a glimpse into its history. Service is efficient, with orders taken digitally by servers using touch pads for swift delivery to the kitchen for processing. The option to place orders online for pickup adds an extra layer of convenience. During my visit, I received a personal recommendation from my server, Claudia, who suggested trying the Mamas Omelet – a delightful choice. While I did try the Biscuit and Gravy, The Omelette beat my second choice hands down. The sense of camaraderie among the staff was evident, creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. It's refreshing to see an establishment where the team genuinely seems to like each other and their work. The cleanliness of the place is commendable, with someone constantly cleaning and restocking. Even as the crowd started to grow before I left, the staff efficiently handled the increased demand, showcasing their professionalism and teamwork. I will definitely be back again Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Cali Omelet
