Inconsistent quality, rude staff and manager. They seem to be annoyed with customers. I think he is in the wrong business. We went there one time for the fried fish and it was awesome so we went back a second time it was a completely different experience. Food was cold, and/or overcooked and the atmosphere is unusual to say the least. The owner tends to sit at the bar taking up several barstool and uses the bar as his office while he complains about the business and uses profanities. The third and last time we went in only lasted about five minutes…we were going to order some fish and give it one final chance, so we sat down at the bar to order a beer with our waitress and I asked how much the tap beer was and without turning and looking at me the owner says loudly “it’s regular price!” We went ahead and ordered a couple drinks, but I wasn’t happy about it. Needless to say, we finished the two beers and I refuse to give them any more of my money. They seem to only be polite to the few usual customers that sit around the bar from what we could tell.
We’ve had better food elsewhere. We have definitely had better service.

You’re only frying fish and you can’t get orders out faster?
Not sure what the problem was as we weren’t notified what was holding up the orders.
Probably will not come back for awhile if at all…
Got a response from owner who seems ticked off so let’s review the food and service:
First, I ordered a cod plate, received catfish.
After I got the right order, cod was good but the mac and cheese room temp. Asked for drink refill and was forgotten about.
I understand you have take out orders, but hardly saw anyone taking out. 🤷♂️
But your unapologetic response has sealed the deal. Won’t be coming back.
Side note: Also if you are bringing children during lent, they better love fish, because that’s all is offered…
