Top notch service and the meal start to finish was amazing. We got the lobster bisque with puff pastry, exotic mushroom bisque, Branzino, flat iron, onion rings and bananas foster. All cooked perfectly and flavors well balanced across the board. We will definitely return! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food is amazing here and it’s a great atmosphere. The Tomahawk steak dinner for 2 is a MUST, and so is the bone marrow as appetizer. The meat melts in your mouth! Tip: if you find the lighting too dim to see the menu, you can ask for a table lamp to be brought out. It totally helped without disturbing the ambiance. A couple of the kids had the bolognese pasta and even that was delicious! My only complaint is the speed of service. Our servers were all very nice and friendly, but our dishes took long to come out. We had kids at our table and 1 actually fell asleep because we were there for so long. Otherwise, it’s an excellent establishment. We came here for Valentine's day and as expected, it was packed! there was barely any parking available and we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. When we sat, our food did come out relatively fast. We enjoyed the food, the wagyu dumplings were yummy, along with the bone marrow and the sauce. We also had steak and fish and were tasty and cooked well. the sides were okay. I didn't love the carrots. the lemonade also could be improved. but overall, really enjoyed our time and would visit again. Made a last minute reservation same day on a Friday evening for 7:30pm… food was amazing… our server Christina was really nice and on top of it.. we got drinks, the Wagyu dumplings (they were good), but the complementary dinner rolls were fire!! We ordered the tomahawk for 2 rare. It came out rare! The picture doesn’t do it justice, but it was so good that it didn’t even need the sauces. The carrots were amazing, who would’ve thought? 10/10 will come back. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Wagyu Dumplings
We had a great experience at Mooo….Burlington Sean was our server and he was polite and attentive. The rolls provided before our meal were something special, best rolls we can recall having. We ordered the Beef Wellington, the dry-aged Ribeye with Bordelaise sauce along with the Moo flight as our main course. Both dishes were perfectly cooked and tender and the flight was filling. The Bordelaise sauce paired well with the ribeye, I would order this again. Not pictured: Parker house rolls, banana foster & malamars. We had a 5:30pm reservation for NYE dinner. We were seated quickly our server was great. We ordered the prime sirloin carpaccio that is a must try! They had a surf & turf special American Wagyu A5 rib eye and half a lobster tail for $145 (I did not ask for the price up front) I can't say good or bad on the price but it was tasty. My husband ordered the age Bolognese which he enjoyed. I liked that the manager came around to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. It was a good dining experience. December 2023: This time we tried octopus and calamari appetizers, both were a bit too salty for our taste. Nebraska rib eye and Beef Wellington were the main entries. The rib eye was a bit salty, and Beef Wellington pastry was more soggy than last time. The meat was still good, but overall I enjoyed it less than last time. Creamed spinach was also not as good as last time, there was too much white sauce, not the pleasing blend of white and green. August 2023:Mooo has in-door and outdoor seating. We started outside but it was a very warm day and asked to be inside and staff accommodated our request. Dining room is very dark, but each table has a lamp you can turn on if you prefer light at you table. I really liked having this option. I had Beef Wellington which was excellent. The filet melted in my mouth, it was a very good piece of meat. Entries come without any sides, sides can be ordered for the table as a separate order. Bone in New York State was excellent as well. Vague dumplings were a bit of a disappointment. They hid the distinctive taste of A5 Wague, it was just a regular dumpling at a higher than average price. Lobster bisque is served with a pastry dome, unique presentation and good flavor. The service was attentive and excellent. The price before tip around 240 for five dishes . Excellent steak house. We both had the lobster bisque with puff pastry and shared the A5 Wagyu dumplings. I had a bone in NY steak. The bisque is very good. The dumplings are fine but it's a waste of A5 because the meat in a dumpling is hidden by the other tastes. My steak was excellent, perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Dec 2023: We had the octopus and calamari appetizers. The octopus was the better of the two. The calamari was over salted, if we order it again we'll ask for them to leave the salt off. The lobster bisque in puff pastry that we had last time was the winner in their appetizers. This time I had the Nebraska ribeye. It was OK, not great. It also has too much salt and it's a thin cut. Very happy Mooo opened up in Burlington, good restaurants are much needed in the North Shore. We were seated at the bar and I apologize for poor pics since the lights are very dim (I don’t mind that they are). They had a special burger night so we had to try it. The Burger and Lobster roll split (kitchen actually spit both for us) were very tasty. Burger cooked to perfection medium rare, also very rich and tasty. Accompanied with the best onion rings I’ve had, also the fries are delicious. Scoop of mango sorbet and vanilla ice cream served on a merengue medallion were delightful! Even the cappuccino was good! Service was great as well. Can’t wait to go back and try other dishes on the menu. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
This isn't my first mooo but it was amazing as always. Started with tuna tartare, rolls and marrow. If it ended there it would have been perfect but no. It only got better. Moving on to the side flight of spinach, potatoes, corn and truffle fries all perfect. Add some asparagus and brocolini to complete it. Then came the tomahawk for two. Rare plus was just right for that beast of a steak. Ended with coffee and bananas foster which was a perfect split three ways. Just enough but no more. A fantastic night to be sure . Vallet was free, service was quite good and the drinks were perfectly balanced. We were there quite a while but not rushed. The lighting is dim but each table has a small lamp. It's a great touch. The volume is reasonable and you can hold a conversation without issue. Mooo is one of the best restaurants in the Boston area. Absolutely worth the trip.
