I stopped at this food truck for some emergency Thai food. The owner Levi was amazing. He was able to put a lot of things on the side so my partner could enjoy their food the way they wanted, and I could add everything to my side. Really fresh ingredients and made to order. The service was wonderful, super friendly which adds to the tastiness of the food. It tastes exactly the way it should. I'll be frequenting this food truck more often. I love Mooping. I go regularly because it's the best Thai option in town. I love the flavors and how everything is cooked. Several vegan options and the rolls can be made vegan by cooking them on the pan, and I think they come out crunchier that way! Other Thai places either cost a ridiculous amount for even smaller portions or simply have no flavor/sauce to it. They have it all - I am also obsessed with their chili sauce, it's to die for. Went here because of the reviews and it definitely lives up to the hype! Got the pad see ew and the potstickers, lots of veggies and chicken with the fish and the hot chili sauce is delicious.
