The atmosphere is truly pleasant, and I enjoy the store's environment, so I decided to give it a try. I placed an online order for a bubble tea drink. Unfortunately, the employee made a mistake with my order and provided the wrong one. When I contacted the store, the employee responded with an attitude. I informed them that I received the incorrect order; however, the employee replied dismissively, saying, "Okay, so what do you want?" The employee's attitude was extremely poor, resulting in terrible customer service.

The service here is quick! The drinks are varied and flavorful, and they also offer a selection of desserts. My favorite drinks are strawberry and purple yam mochi. They have a new shaved ice available that is so good!
