I had a horrible experience here. I ordered a ham sandwich to which I took the tooth pick out and one was broken so I expected to find it later on. Upon opening my sandwich I found a hair, I kindly told a young man, and he said “Would you like me to remove the hair or would you like a new one”. Of course I asked him to remake the sandwich. He then brought me a “new” sandwich, I noticed that it was the first initial sandwich because I ended up finding the broken piece of the toothpick in the “new”. Of course I was upset and I walked back to the table to let my family know what had happened and NO ONE ever came back up to us to ask how they could fix it or if we wanted a refund.
