Loved Mom Alone. Staff were friendly. Food really tasty (and huge portions). Drinks were delicious. We particularly loved the margaritas and tried the coconut, mango, pineapple and strawberry ones (strawberry was my favourite). Atmosphere was cosy. Food was excellent, I had ground beef tacos, cheese enchiladas, top shelf margarita. This restaurant has authentic Mexican food, I could tell by the refried beans. The only down side is the salsa. It needs to be spicier. My husband had fajita beef poblano enchiladas and they were delicious too. Great service, we will definitely be back! This place has really gone down hill in recent years. They used to be very good . The owners split from the Mamacitas restaurant up NASA road 1 and formed Mom Alone years ago. I'm assuming by their downfall in quality and the shabbyness of the outside of the building that they won't survive in their prime location.
