The customer service is always good and the food is usually pretty good. The last few times we have gone here to eat though, they have had a gnat problem. Hopefully they can figure it out. Mod is a wonderful concept... quality pizza, pretty quick, and all the toppings you can handle. evthing I've had there from salad to pizza is excellent quality. if you like oven fired pizza, you'll love this place. thin or thick crust, you can choose Mod or Mega (same diameter sizing just thickness of crust option). it has the right amount of crisp to chew ratio for me. toppings are high quality, and the staff is super friendly. We went in shortly after they opened and greeted us with such a great attitude. Took our orders and food came out quickly. Food was really good. As usual. But I think what made this experience the best yet was Nick. From the moment we walked in and helped us. He just had the greatest attitude. Even helped me get signed up for points to earn free food. After we got our food he continued to make sure we were taken care of. Customer service is HUGE for me. And felt like Nick needed to be recognized for his great customer service!!
