SO...I'm in town on business and order delivery, first time. The website said expected delivery would be 45 minutes. It took 15 minutes during peak hours!!! Ordered the cheesy garlic bread and a small Cupperoni. I'm struggling to express how good this pizza is without cursing... cause it is SO F'N GOOD! I repeatedly uttered this phrase while shoving slice after slice into my food hole. Anyway... I will make it a point to order from Minsky's every time I'm in town! This was my first visit to Minskys. I had the five star cheese pizza, and it is by far….the best cheese pizza I have ever had. Hence, the empty plate:) Holly, my server, was awesome! She was extremely attentive and checked on me often! The music is also amazing…Thank you for a great experience and atmosphere! My server (Todd) flew to the door to greet me! I appreciated feeling like Taylor Swift. His mustache was SO close to being on point … a trim would make it the best this side of the Mississippi. Been to Minsky's several times in the last couple of months. Even though they are known for their pizzas, for us it is the calzones that keep bringing us back. Good price for the size. The crust is the right amount of flakiness and firmness with a great taste that reminds us of the Chicago style pizza we grew up on. We have been there both with a big group and just last week again as a couple. Service has been great and Meghan was efficient, personable and provided great service at our most recent visit.
