Friendly service and delicious options in the varied menu. The tea leaf salad was especially memorable for its unusual mixture of tastes and the curry soup very yummy. It was my first time having Burmese food & it did not disappoint! We went with friends who knew the restaurant so ordered for all of us. The food was delicious, the service excellent & the company outstanding! One of my girlfriends also says this is her favorite Burmese restaurant. The food here was very good though a bit overpriced in my opinion. We got the paratha appetizer, pumpkin chicken curry, and burmese lamb curry, with a side of coconut rice. Everything was great but just slightly smaller than expected. Service Dine in Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Paratha with Curry Dipping Sauce

4.5 stars. Best Burmese restaurant in the peninsula. Best dishes: - paratha: buttery, soft, served hot with yummy sauce. - samusa soup - flavorful. Also a good surprise for the people who have not had this before - green papaya salad - excellent. With a bit of kick and just enough of spiciness, sourness, and sweetness on the tongue. SOLID: - Rainbow chicken: tender chicken with structure. Balanced flavor. - Green beans. Always crowd pleaser SKIP: - tea leaf salad: the proportions are off. Too much tea left and not enough cabbage. The Burma superstar version of this is so much better. - shan noodle: noodle is overcooked. Just with tofu and sauce. A bit too bland for my taste. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Paratha with Curry Dipping Sauce
