I go here all the time and the staff is great. The food is almost always great too. I'm making this review specifically because of the spicy penne I had last time. I would give this place 4 stars but the pasta was that bad. It was noodles in milk soup. I had to take it home and finish cooking it. I'm 9 months pregnant and I went home HANGRY. The food and the waitress were incredible. The one star is because of the blond female bartender working tonight at 6 pm. ( 1 / 20 / 2024 ). A manager worth any grain of salt would know exactly who I am talking about. She was the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever encountered at a bar. There is no way that asking for a beer should cause someone to get an attitude problem towards a customer. If she is upset about the tip afterward, then that is too bad. The food here isn't what I'm here to write about but the arcade is. I understand that machines break and sometimes the only people that can work on them are the contractors whom they have contracts with or whatever! BUT, when there are 8-10 machines out of order it's not even an arcade anymore. People bring their kids here sometimes just to play at the arcade. Atleast put some out of order signs up. This place has gone downhill. Please fix your machines. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

No complaints about the staff, they are doing their best. Bowling alley barely works. Does not reset pins, half the lanes are open (hour plus wait), does not return bowling balls, alley upholstery is coming up. Etc. Etc. Just not a fun experience. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

We waited 2 hours to bowl after they told us it was a 30-45 minute wait. We watched multiple groups that showed up after us get to bowl first and when we asked about going they said they needed to clean the shoes. The boy behind the counter had horrible service.
