This rating covers the food and service. I ordered a lasagna and my husband ordered spaghetti. As I am waiting on the lasagna, I hear yelling from someone in the kitchen asking what is lasagna? Then my husband gets his spaghetti. It has been about 30 min and I hear from the server Why is there no cheese on the lasagna? Followed by the cook saying I think it's done. Ten minutes later, my husband finishes his meal and I finally get my food. It consists of one noodle a wad off cheese on the right and a ladle of sauce of the left. Being unsatisfied with what is a essentially soup being passed off as lasagna I voice that everything was not OK with the meal. We then asked is this normally how lasagna is made here and she doubled down and said yes and stated that she didn't make it. She still confirmed this is how it's normally made. She did not offer to rectify the situation in any way. We paid 35 dollars for spaghetti, salads and the one noodle that I ate. So just so you know the normal way that milano's makes lasagna is by admiting that they don't know how to make it and then making their best guess while also lying about their incompetence as if they don't realize we have ears and could hear everything that went on in the kitchen.
