I’ve always loved Michael’s pizza, they have a tasty pizza for everyone! I’ve been coming to Michael’s for years and it’s always been good and consistent! Definitely recommend Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The workers at this restaurant are extremely rude and unprofessional. I had a bad experience with the workers but decided to give them a second try because the food was ok. The person that answered the phone tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never give this restaurant business again. If I could give them zero stars I would. If you knew me you would know that I don’t leave reviews. I don’t comment when service is bad because I have worked in the industry and know that everyone has a bad night and so I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. This person was so rude that I couldn’t let it go. The owner needs to do some serious training with the staff.

Wings are super small. I think they cut them in half. Their 12 piece is really 6 :( Pizza is so so. But beware, they updated their prices so they charge more than online. We got overcharged by $10 for two pizzas.

If you don’t mind what sounds like a teenager who hates life and doesn’t give two craps about your order taking your call, pizza is great and done right. Make sure your blood pressure is low before calling and you will be fine.

I AGREE AND HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS THE RYAN REVIEW ON HERE, THE OWNER OR MANAGER WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE IS SO RUDE, HAS AN EXTREMELY BAD ATTITUDE, BOTH IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE!! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, DON'T EVER ORDER WITH THIS GUY OVER THE PHONE. HE WRITES YOUR CARD INFORMATION ON PAPER WHERE IT COULD BE SEEN OR TAKEN BY ANYBODY! AND HE WILL LITERALLY DO OTHER THINGS BEFORE CHARGING YOUR ORDER! IF ANYONE HAS EXPERIENCED IDENTITY THEFT AFTER ORDERING HERE, IT SHOULD BE APPARENT HOW IT HAPPENED! THIS GUY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS, OR WEATHER HE LOSES CUSTOMERS FROM HIS BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. WHEN I CALLED TO ASK HIM IF HE RIPPED UP THE PAPER HE PUT MY COMPLETE CARD INFORMATION ON, HE SNAPPED AND YELLED AT ME! AND I HAVE NEVER ORDERED WITH A PIZZA PLACE OR ANY RESTAURANT FOR THAT MATTER WHERE THEY DON'T PROCESS THE CARD IN A CONFIDENTIAL DATABASE WHERE IT DOESN'T GET SAVED, AND GETS CHARGED RIGHT AWAY. HE IS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE DOING THIS! I HOPE THE BBB CHECKS UP ON HIM AND STOPS HIM FROM DOING THIS WITH PEOPLE'S SENSITIVE INFORMATION! I AM SO ANGRY 😠 AND UNSATISFIED AT THE WAY I WAS TREATED. MY PIZZA HAS NO TASTE, AFTER BEING STRESSED OUT THAT WAY! I HOPE HE GETS KARMA AND SOMEONE DOES THAT WITH HIS INFORMATION TOO, AND DOESN'T CARE WHEN HE VOICES HIS UNCOMFORT WITH HOW HE'S BEING TREATED!

Good pizza but was expensive and service is weird. When some friends and I ordered some slices we wanted to pay separately. In response three different people including the manager came to the front and questioned what we wanted to do like we were robbing the place. A bit strange but not the worst costumer service that I’ve witnessed.

Who ever made my order tonight, must be in love! I've ordered from this restaurant plenty of times since they opened it but today I was so satisfied with my pizza I'm doing a review! It's always been great but this time it was awesome. Thank you!
