We love Mexico classico so when we heard Mi Placita was a branch, we had to try. We’ve been customers since day one and everything we try is absolutely delicious! We’ve had enchiladas suizas, ensalada clásica, chiles rellenos, tortas, sopes, tacos, caldo de res, and pollo Acapulco platter. Everything is always on point!
Service is always great, fast, friendly and knowledgeable, dine in food comes out hot and in a timely manner. As far as food to go, i would rate it a 4 out of 5. It really depends on who packages your food, the really friendly woman will never miss a thing, where as the younger boys will always miss something, just check your food and it will be fine.
Atmosphere is a little deceiving at first, but I assure you it’s a full service restaurant with a very stocked bar, that serves great margaritas and Micheladas.
Parking is full during afternoon hours but it has never been an issue, lighting in the parking lot at nighttime could be better but it will not stop us from coming back each time. Plaza also has handicap accessible ramps by the nail salon.
We highly recommend Mi Placita and we give it a 5 out of 5⭐️

Highly recommend the tres amigos for dinner, steak sopes for lunch, and juevos rancheros with steak for breakfast! You can’t go wrong with anything you choose though. Food always has authentic flavor, and is never over seasoned like most places. Great service, specials and drinks!

My husband and I visited this place 01/07/2024 (a first in their first year of business). I had the Chicken Flautas plate. Excellent flavor well filled with flavored chicken in a crispy corn tortilla. I would prefer no green sauce on my flautas as this caused the crispness to get soggy. The beans a bit flavorless of salt but best to add then to remove. Rice on point! My husband had a combination plate of Chicken/Steak/Schrimp…. He ate the whole thing so I imagine it was good! Many dishes to choose from. The atmosphere was cold in both decor and heat. Will return to try other dishes.

Beware, watch it, Beware. Horrible, Not Honest at all.
When you make a choice from the menu, beware they won’t tell you about them adding extra prices for food. They asked me what meat for a Burrito and taco lunch and I said EL pastor with extra onions. Well they charge me $3.00 more and never told me it’s more money for anything. Plus never put the onions within my meal at all. Read your receipt at they are deceptive. Will never go back. That’s prob why they are empty and no one is there eating. Also, the salsa is watery and a lot of fat inside their meat. Cheap meat. Also, why do yo put pineapple in tacos and burritos. I never asked for that and you don’t list that in the menu.
