Kosher cuisine under the direction of the talented chef is gorgeous at this place. The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked frozen yogurt, ice cream and froyo. Well-trained employees welcome people all year round. Fast service is something that guests note in their comments. This cafe has got Google 4.2 according to the visitors' opinions.

I was super disappointed when I came to menchies- I honestly think this specific location has gone slightly down hill. Upon entering the establishment- there was no one there to greet. About 3 minutes later, I see an employee come out fo the wood works and I asked for some sample cups and she proceeds to tell me "we are out of sample cups". Ok...that's fine... but I see a TON of spoons, could those spoons be used as a means for potential sampling?? Point is - going above and beyond to provide the customer with a bit of satisfaction. I end up getting a small amount of froyo with toppings. As I am eating, I notice a fly right on the cookie dough topping. I would GUESS that the employees do not even clean those topping stations/they just re-fill when low. Those toppings are decades old-lol. Anyway, my last time going there. Not worth it.

We were happy to enjoy a yummy cool treat and was stoked to still experience the toppings bar! (One of the Menchie’s shops in Hawai’i we frequent no longer has the self-service toppings and instead has each topping in a little plastic lidded cups for $1). It’s fun to choose the toppings and quantity in your scoop! It was clean and well maintained. This visit featured a Kraken movie themed blue raspberry flavor and special designed cups! We didn’t stay inside the establishment as it was a little warm, but took our goodies to go… but there was a lot of open tables and chairs inside and outside.

I ordered a custom bday cake for my son who wanted an Oreo ice cream cake for his party! Anna couldn’t have been sweeter. She is so excited to be the cake decorator for this store and it shows! She did a wonderful job. So nice to have Menchies offer custom fro yo cakes!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Has anyone been here recently? The fruit was all old and nasty. None of the hot syrups were working. And the staff are largely in the back on their phone and could care less. It feels like a health code violation left and right. Would not recommend to my family and even threw away my ice cream after paying for it. Really disappointing. Dear Mel, Our family visited your store a few Fridays ago, 30 minutes before closing, in response to your advertised Friday night special. Our visit was as disappointing as could be. ALL of the toppings were wrapped up and/or put away. When my wife asked about toppings a male employee said, "we close in half and hour. We're closing up." My wife replied, "You don't close for 30 minutes." The employee shrugged her off and said that's the way we do it". GOOD service is when ALL customers are treated well at ANY time. That was simply pathetic. Additionally, we were there a previous time 30 minutes after opening and waited 15 minutes for ANYONE to help us. NO ONE was there. We knocked loudly on the door to the back of the store and no response. Feel like just sharing this with corporate. Were totally ripped off that Friday night.

We love this place. The kids go crazy here. The 3 berries on the chill bar are great . Staff are always cheerful and helping. Very clean and flavors are top notch. No comparison to any other frozen yogurt store.

I ordered a frozen yogurt cake with no cake (two layers of yogurt with milk chocolate chips between layers) for a party and specifically told them that I had 2 gluten free kids and 1 with Celiac coming to the party and that is why I could not have cake. When she said an Oreo center was popular, I Also explained that Oreos are cookies and they have wheat...which has gluten so ABSOLUTELY NOT! I saw the order, it was correct. Today was the party. And after our server gave every kid and adult there their cake I asked for a small piece. Guess what? Oreos in the center!!! So now 3 kids including the birthday boy are suffering. I called the store. They told me a manager would have to call me back. So far, nothing... I will update when or if they call and say how they handle this BIG mistake.

Although I absolutely adore the staff, specially Melissa, I'm so disappointed about the supplies... every Menchies I go to with my kids has Reeses cups and cherries - the 2 of our favorite toppings. This one stopped carrying those for some reason. They used to, so I wonder why not anymore , there sure isn't a shortage of those anywhere else...

Fun, cheery place for buffet style FroYo. Our young sons loved the little toys they gave them too. They also give a military discount.

I love this place! The frozen yogurt is really yummy! I go here when I am sad and it really makes my day! The employees rock!
