I liked this McDonald in Kampen but today i did not got everything from what i ordered. I ordered for take out and they forgot about drinks witch i asked for and when i went and drove home i saw i did not have side salad... i did not came back couse i do not live by but i am a bit angry. Everything was fine besides the toilets! There was no toilet paper, no hand wipes and the restroom itself was just really awful and not clean. I wanted to just clean my hands before eating and could not even dry my hands. I had to use my own wipe to open the door orherwise I would never eat with the hands which were in touch with this... not a nice experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Food was great, customer service was terrible. Each time to speak English they reply with her language and i asked for someone to speak English and she insisted to speak her language and not help. Until i had to park and go in the store and made my order on my own.

Food is good, well prepared. Some staff lack some serious enthusiasm so it will feel like as if ur getting helped by a robot. It is also important to check sauces if you order nuggets. Because we had a set meal and no sauces at all and we discovered many kilometers further. So no mood to drive all the way back.

This Mac Donalds was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. It took a while but this Mac Donalds now also has table delivery. I did find the new fries bit cold and squishy, I expected more crunchy fries.
