Come here for a meal after visiting Gallery De 7e Hemel. You will enjoy delicious coffee at this fast food. Visitors don't highly appreciate op la at McDonald's. The good service will make you feel nice. There is spectacular atmosphere at this place, as people see it. But this spot hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

My nuggets were in a vegan box so I thought they had given me the wrong order while I ordered spicy nuggets, additionally it was quite confusing when they called out orders, it sounded like they called for mine 2 times but mine was not even ready yet. Very busy. Ordered meals but got only burgers. Asked where fries were and staff looked mad at me. Got fries but where were our drinks? Again an “how dare you ask” look. Got drinks. Asked for napkins and the employee turned her back and walked away !!!! The restaurant was messy. Only one cleared table left. Toilet paper on the floor (someone else who didn’t get napkins????) Imagine you order a salad and the restaurant doesn’t serve you the forks!! They don’t have forks! How is it possible? When I shared the problem with them, I received just laugh! Maybe Bussum is not a hot place for mcDonald. Regards, Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Not enough staff, unmotivated and unexperienced. Ticket machines were broken so nobody received a number which grew the ongoing chaos. Instead of turning off the faulty devices they decided to lock the doors so nobody could get in, but also not out. Half of the deliveries were incorrect. By the time we got our order we were 40 minutes further with semi cold burgers. The cops had to come to demand them to unlock the doors. Everything 0 star.. For a good story afterwards to friends 5 stars Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got an egg with some mold-like dark spots in it, the manager says it's grill marks but it doesn't look like that at all. Be careful here

Can I give less than 1 star? I think it must be a miracle if you ever get a right order at this branche. Most of teh time things are forgotten, if you choose thuisbezorged they are blaming the delivery guy and say they dont care....the bag is usually sealed... If you order there they forget things and I even double checked today and then in the end noticed at home that they forgot ingridients... On top of it the most unfriendly people are working there. Everytime a disappointment.... and a surprise again on how much can go wrong with a simple order...
