Forgot carrots and wings in the order delivered, toys were sold out at 18h, rubbish bin is full, many staff are working though

Our burgers were cold and old, but we hate complaining so still ate them. Then as we left I mentioned this to the overworked young lady rushing between drive-in and inside customers. She apologised and very kindly insisted on preparing freshly made burgers for us, which we declined because we were no longer hungry. We ordered service to the table but after waiting for a long while it turned out that "they no longer have" service to the tables so our food had been left on the counter for quite some time before we wondered what happened with our order. The app did not inform us that table service was unavailable, the tables still had signs that offered table service and even the receipt said table service! Because of this our food turned out cold, plus I got the wrong flavor of milkshake.

Went there a couple of times before, always paid cash. Went again tonight, placed an order with one of the boys and handed him the money, just for the young manager lady to come shouting at us both saying that they cant take cash after 7pm (?!). She proceeded to cancel my order, return me the 100kr bill back and walk away. Not even an apology, god forbid she offered to take the cash from me and pay with her card or something ... ps Burger King next door takes cash 👍

One of the better McDo. Great food and service. If you are driving soutwards and want to try the worst McDo then go to McDonalds Karlshamn... its the dirtiest and shittiests and worst McDo i tried in 30 + countries.

Nice place, very easy to order and there's a service to bring the food to your table. I just thought the trash types a little bit confusing. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I tried most of the food here and I can tell that they have really nice Ice Cream. The food is 👌 and the milkshake is not so good neither Smoothie. The parking is large enough for many visitors and the entrance is opened from two sides. The 🚽 are clean and personals are really nice and young people who do their job professionally. The enterier and the space inside of the building is really nice with enough room for large group of hungry folk. It's 24h open and with the free internet. It's near buss station and not far from centrum of the city.

Pretty much your average McDonalds store, shouldn't have anything special nor problems to it compared to the standards. It's quite clean concidering the huge amount of customers that pass by every day and the staff do cook the food according to the standards.
