Mcdonald's is pretty near Los Lunas Museum of Heritage and Arts. Many reviewers find that you can order good rolls, chicken sandwiches and chicken here. The feature of this fast food is serving tasty biscuits. Visitors don't highly appreciate coffee at Mcdonald's. Most people think that the staff is competent here. Unprofessional service is something that guests would like to improve here. The atmosphere is cool, a lot of guests appreciated the concept of this place. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

This McDonald's location continues to disappoint! Today, I asked for a buffalo sauce and honey mustard with my chicken nuggets..of course I got home and they gave me 2 BBQ. Not sure why this location has gotten my orders wrong more than 1/2 the time..yet the other Los Lunas location is consistently great..like most McDonalds. Service is bad on drive through.the boy that hands out food for parked cars is extremely rude. If we ask him for salt or any sauces he will automatically say “it’s in the bag” and walk away. And won’t come back. Or if I ask him again he just ignores and walks past the window of the car! It’s not the first time it’s happened to me at that McDonald’s they always park me and he’s always the one to hand me the food! BADDDD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!!! Service: 1

service here is often trash. waited 30 minutes for my food and customers were hollering for folks in the kitchen to come assist them. employees didnt seem to care. when i finally got my refund 40 minutes after ordering the manager seemed so inconvenienced. yeah, cause our time means nothing to you. i will never order from this place again. If I could give 1/2 a star I would. Every time I go through the drive thru I have to wait usually 10 to 15 minutes in a designated area. The last time I ordered food on the app thinking it would be faster since I am just on a lunch break and I was told to park and wait again. This time I waited 30 minutes and that was ordering on the app 12 minutes before I arrived. This is absolutely ridiculous for fast food! It is unheard of. I can understand once in a while but this happens every time I go. The girl at the drive is nice but the guy that takes your food to your car could use some customer service skills. Major customer service skills. This guy acts like he is paying the customer. Customers have a choice. My advise is if you want McDonald's that bad, find another one. If you can get food somewhere else, good idea!! McDonald's are franchised meaning they all have different owners. Does the owner even read these reviews? If he or she does, do they even care? I don't think so. There is no evidence that this owner cares. If the owner or management does care, do something about it because this has to be the absolute worst McDonald's I ever been to !!! Went to Las Lunas for the Parks & Rec Holiday Drive In Movie Fest.... Thought it would be nice to get some food. Apparently, there were multiple employees out sick, and we were informed there would be a wait. Not a problem, most of us have learned to be patient by the time we are adults, or we develop high blood pressure and have strokes. I didn't mind the wait, and I understood why the restaurant wasn't as clean as McDonald's standards. What I don't understand is why we weren't given a receipt (actually I do understand, the receipt has contact info to file any complaints), why the food was already getting cold by the time he brought it to the counter, why the fries tasted like limp shoe strings soaked in verge of going bad oil and weren't salted, or why my "Big Mac, no cheese, extra pickles" had cheese on it and no pickles. I hadn't been to the Las Lunas McDonald's in a while, it used to be good. Not sure I'll be going back. We had planned on dining in, but after waiting 32 minutes for the food, and it came out already cooling.... and had to wait almost 10 minutes before an employee could open the restroom.... and food scattered on the floors that hadn't been cleaned up... Dining in was no longer appetizing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It's pretty bad when your the only customers in the pla e and they still screw up your order. And the youngster that did bring part of our order was just pissy rude and well not someone who needs to be working with the public. When I show you my recipe and you look at it then give me a shifty look . When he came back again I was still missing some of my order . When I tried to tell him he just left and didn't say anything .Now this is the McDonald's located at 652 Main.St NE Los Lunas. My husband and I will most definitely go to another location.
