Very bad customer service and please are nasty and mean and rude and especially the managers it's like a ghetto that place I wouldn't eat there and I look inside the kitchen they look filthy not clean and they touch food with their hands without gloves very bad

McDonald's has forgot it's niche. Over priced for bargain basement food that is rarely prepared accurately. The customer service standards and the sense of urgency that was part of my training when I worked for them has seemed to disappear with the cashiers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Waited at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes before deciding to go inside. Stood for 15 minutes, and no one ever acknowledged me standing there. They had orders backed up for 15 minutes trying to fulfill door dash orders, which one driver said he left and returned because his orders were not ready, and his client refused to pay him if he left. Never got any food, I get it mostly kids work in this place and they work at their own pace. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
