In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters offer tasty sandwiches, cheeseburgers and rolls here. You can order good biscuits. Clients don't highly appreciate iced coffee at this fast food. Not a lot of positive to say about this location. The lobby is always sticky, filthy and disgusting. But the cherry on top for me is the Manager. The male white man. I don’t think I have ever had an interaction with him where he was friendly. He is extremly aggressive and assertive. When handing you what you ordered if you can’t immediately take the food after he just handed you multiple drinks you are trying to arrange he is acting like you are inconvenient and taking up to much of his time tapping himself like it’s just taking so long, I already rush to get my things to get out of everyone’s way because I know they are busy but to be the store manager and project himself the way he does makes it a dreadful experience. We find our selves hoping he won’t be the one to assist us when we go. Every other employee have always been kind and courteous as we are to them. Seeing that all reviews seem to be the same we all should just directly complain to corporate. Maybe we would actually see some changes. We used the drive thru at this Shawnee Oklahoma location. The line wasn't long, so that was good. The burger my wife got had the crustiest oldest bun ever. It was just nasty. The Sprite she ordered was about two inches short of being full to the top of the cup. It had no ice in it at all. When we told the guy at the window, it wasn't full he said he couldn't take it back through the window. When we asked for ice, he said they didn't have any because their ice machine was broken. He flat did not care. This WAS NOT a good visit, especially for the price you pay these days. I give them a big fat "F" for FAILURE. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager in the morning shift 6:20 am. Shes about 60+ years old white lady with a tattoo on her arm. She refused to give me a large cup of water And am a paying customer. I ordered a Carmel Frappe and received a half full Carmel frappe with hazelnut syrup added to it and maybe something else I do not know for sure what the over night manager Trevor at McDonald’s in Shawnee Oklahoma put in my frappe that night but it tasted bad… we know what our favs are supposed to taste like…..it’s very sad that a customer has to worry about their foo/drinks. Used the app for curbside. Waited 20 minutes. Got tired of waiting. Went in my food was sitting on a tray behind the counter. Stood there five minutes before someone came up and asked if I needed help. I asked about my food she looked for it but couldn't find it till I asked about the sack sitting on the tray not even under a heat lamp. She tried giving it to me. I said no. This food is cold now. We frequently come to this establishment, and order the same thing every time, with an average of 6 times per week, but have had enough, first the pics of a lady sneezing into the French fry rack, the man assembling burgers, putting his hands down his pants in between making burgers, and no, same glove on, sometimes you wait 10 to 15 minutes at the drive through speaker, I would proceed to park and go in to make order, it saddens me the continuous poor management, your only a good as who is overseeing you. The owner should be ashamed. And if you’re though is then go somewhere else, I agree but my girl doesn’t, so please pull your head out , owner and hire someone more professional to run your establishment, or sell it. Order 5 drinks on the mobile app for curbside pick up. 1 large coffee with cream and sugar one small black coffee and vanilla ice coffee and mocha frap.... Who on earth drink black coffee cold? or coffee with cream and sugar ordered off the hot coffee cold?... No heat what so ever it is absolutely disgusting and a complete waste of money. What makes it even more ridiculous is the fact that I know whom ever poured that was fully aware it was not as it should be. on a fixed income only came here because the city has a busted water main and what i had to spend was waisted on cold coffee..... This specific McDonald's seems to get my order wrong every single time! I have to constantly call and tell them they got it wrong. They do offer to correct the errors but by that time I am already long gone and have zero intention of turning around. Please, for the love of God, get it right the first time. Oh, and one more thing. Stop giving people cold, cardboard flavored French fries. They are inedible. This happens way too often and I never say anything. Specifically the location on Kickapoo. It has been very up and down in service lately. The last time I was in the drive thru they forgot my drinks and shut the window before I could say anything. When the manager finally came to the window he acted as if it were my fault with an attitude to say "what do you want me to do about it?" When I went back inside to correct it and get my drinks there was a couple waiting on their food that said they could their items sitting there but no staff was paying attention. Customer service here is terrible. The food is either under seasoned, cold, or over cooked. They never get your order correct and take forever. If you wish to fix your order you have to wait 15 minutes just to be visited again, even if they’re not busy and that does not confirm your order will even be fixed.
