For the amount of negative reviews compared to the rare good ones why nothing has changed amazes me. Nobody deserves their job. The managers obviously don't oversee what happens on their shifts. Very disappointing. I'm amongst the many who do not get what they pay for from this establishment. I called to complain and the "manager" on shift offered no fix to the problem she could have avoided by simply doing her job. This place is a joke as well as the employees that work there. Should be investigated by corporate bc nobody cares about there job or the quality of the food they send out TO PAYING CUSTOMERS. The WORST McDonald's on the planet! You better have plenty of time! There's NOTHING fast about this fast food experience! I guess if you're looking for a place to idle your car for 20-30 minutes and get a bag of cold food. This is the place for you! Just don't expect all the items you paid so dearly for! This location is extremely slow. I've literally gotten out of the drive thru and left without receiving my food because it was taking so long. The service is not good. It's not clean, it's McDonald's food but not even at the level you expect. Save time and your taste buds, go somewhere else! Atmosphere: 1

Foods usually cooked fine. Fries are always cold from this place. Used to be alot of times stuff would be missing out the bag but it's gotten better. I would not eat inside, there is an unfortunate homeless and drug addiction population growing in the area and they seem to hang out here and sit inside etc. For what you're paying price wise you are better off getting a burger from a local restraunt. Every single time I order from here with more than one item/ meal, I never get what I paid for. Recently just today within the hour, I ordered a double quarter pounder meal (got that) and a 4 piece chicken nugget (didn’t get). I’m not a saulty person and I always understand mistakes happen, but here it always happens if you order more than one thing. I can do without the four piece chicken nugget but it cost almost $6 and with how times are today, $6 is $6.. it’s ridiculous 4 nuggets cost more than the amount that you ordered and knowing it’s not real chicken anyway.
