Soooo. Stopped at McDs in Gonzales. -Repeated meat option twice and it shown correctly o. The screen. -No one at windon to take payment. Moved up to the second window to pay and they didn't know I hadn't paid. -Get my order & leave, ready to eat. Open wrapping, wrong sandwich. -Turn around and take it back. -First person was going to take the sausage off and just put ham in it's place. -Mgr hears my objection and makes a new sandwich. -replacement sandwich shown in photos. ...yes that is an egg shell on the partially cooked egg. Extended wait times, horrible on site manager “Juan” with no ipc skills. They just can’t seem to get order correct first time. They had started to take my order then In the middle just completely stopped to take other people's order, they forgot my daughter's fries in her happy meal, I had ordered large they gave me a small, so when i went back in to fix it, they gave me another small! My family needed a pit stop and chose this destination. I wasn't too sure about bringing my service animal because this was a new area for us. We asked the manager and she allowed us to bring her in. We ordered our food and it was very prompt! It was really good and the service workers even brought out the trays straight to us. We definitely got a good impression and a good experience here. The fish sandwich fries were best we've had at any McDonald's fries were crisp n hot Coke was nicely carbonated. I'd give a 5 but table had some crumbs restaurant was very pleasant. Good going!I 👍 👍 👍 👍
