Just went to Mcd. Same one I've gone to for 50+ years. They gave me 2 watered down cokes. I asked for a refund. Manager, "It tastes OK to me." Wouldn't refund me. TOLD me to get something else. Sometimes Karens are justified. When I asked if there was another machine to be used. I can only drink coke due to allergies...the employee shook the cups that I returned to them at me. ...like gasoline on a fire. Never going again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Just left there. I have not eaten eaten McDonald’s food in over two years and I chose to eat there tonight. Sad to say that whole bag of food is tossed after one bite of the burger and one bite of the fries. The food is just disgusting the quality of the french fries. The quality of the burgers is just nasty. However, the customer service is magnificent. And it’s not like the food wasn’t cooked. The food was just nasty like it wasn’t real. Went to McDonald's drive-through after being released from the hospital, first thing waited for someone to take the order, and nothing. We drove to the first window where you pay (there were NO cars in the front waiting for food) We asked the person are you taking orders or are you closed. The person took the order and payment then we went to the next window, after waiting we finally got our order and we left (big mistake) we didn't check the bag, Bad enough we had a bad experience, but our order was wrong and items were missing. The door says indoor dining at 6 am and you can order mobile at 6 am as well....however they keep the door locked until 7, so you're standing there and waiting AND they glare and huff and puff when you come in to grab your food. I told one girl Maybe they wanna adjust that and she said that's just the way they do it. Odd and annoying. The biggest lie is that the drive thru is open 24 hours and that they open at 6, even past 6 the doors are locked and no one is at the drive thru, happened to me 2 visits now I’ve come between 6:30-7. Now I’ve learned to not even attempt getting breakfast here Service: 1
