Went thru drive thru today. Was very quick and efficient. Both ladies at both windows delivered exceptional service today. It's been so long since I've received such friendly wonderful service at a fast food restaurant. And the order was correct and the food hot. Great job Lake Wylie McDonalds!!!!! I wanted to contact corporate to express how great you guys were today but I said no to receipt. Finished work at 9pm and placed an order on the app for a big Mac. Still waited about 10 mins for my order when there was only 1 car ahead of me. Got home, opened the box to see what looked like someone already took a bite out of the bun. It's gonna be a while before I go back. The one McDonald’s that pretty much has everything together. Have NOT experienced major attitudes and a whole bunch of managers yelling at staff, which is always a plus when it comes to visiting a Mickey D’s. 01/02/2024 was the worst revolting Mcdonalds meal I have ever had in my life and this was in Lake Wylie. It was purely DISGUSTING. I walked in with my family to have a decent meal, in which, these were my children's mickey d's gift card from their grandma on Christmas. I ordered the food and a few minutes later they brought the food to the table in paper bags. The FOOD was COLD. The fries were COLD, the BIG MAC I ordered was cold. The meat was old and dried up, the bread was dry. The nuggets tasted like they had been sitting out for 12 hours! The happy meals I ordered were COLD! and I ordered 3 of them! The pure disgusting, disrespectful service from this Mcdonalds. The manager/ team never apologized, they continued to send the cashier over when at this time of evening the store and drive thru was empty. We were the only ones in the store. I believe that this has definitely happened to more than just ME! Definitely a RACE bias, I was never greeted or apologized too. There is NO telling how many other people of color this place has done this too. COLD DISGUSTING OLD FOOD. I will never spend my dollars with ANY Mcdonalds after this.
