Went in because I had 2 orders. Was told that I'd have to use that new kiosk thing because they didn't have a register open. I'm sure I'm like others and don't know how to use one of those...so ended up back in my car in the drive-thru. I honestly believe if your restaurant is open; you should have at least one register open for customer service. But the staff was super friendly and gave great service. Overall McDonald's is a great place to atmospheres great some of the drive through that works at first line right there when you pay he sucks she really does I'll be honest with you she's very rude she cussed at me and everything else but as far as the management and everybody else goes they're really great people there and I love to your daddy said quite often and they always have my food ready and on time really I never really have to wait for it and if I do this because they're busy because there's a Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This McDonald's gets a half a star out of 5. This past week and a half the service has been terrible such as: - They argued back and forth with me about a hashbrown THAT I BOUGHT because it wasn't in the bag.... - They gave me a cold bacon egg and cheese biscuit that had stale cheese on it... - When I provided a code, they'll redeem it and then say "The code doesn't work, it's already been used", when they obviously messed up something on their end.... Food quality has gone down hill over the last few years, but I'm not talking about this One location. I mean the whole lot of them... everthing looks half way decent on the pictures & on the tray, but it's tasteless & it never sits right on anyone's tummy. Are we eating fake food??? Thank God I only eat at those places once in a blue moon, while traveling, if I don't find a regular Restaurant, not a fast food one. 😅 Just remembered, a funny thing is, when I was young, & thought it was cool or nice to take my Son for a Happy Meal; all too quickly, I decided to learn to cook, because the food was half cooked all the time, maybe, just maybe that is still their problem. Because when I go to Burger King, I never feel like I should have eaten somewhere else, & these two are very similar; yet, The King wins every time. Fries taste so good, don't have the taste of dirty oil being reused a thousand times, ect... 💕🥰 💞 HAVE TO SAY, STAFF HERE IS AWESOME, COURTEOUS, THEY BRING YOUR FOOD TO THE TABLE, WHICH I THOUGHT IT WAS UNNECESSARY. THESE BEAUTIFUL LADIES WORK TOO HARD!!! ARE THEY PAYING YOU RIGHT? No joke, staff was very nice & place was kept very clean, including all their bathrooms. ☝️💓 🙌 So, Thank you all! My daughter and I had lunch in the Wadesboro NC McDonald's. I had the McRib combo and she had nugget meal. It has been 3 days and I'm still suffering. Not only was the food bad, the service was horrible. The cashier had a nasty personality. There was a lot that went wrong like no receipt no fries and nuggets were over cooked. There is more. When arriving to drive-in to order, the employees won't even let you finish sentence before asking is that it. Several times arrived to window and tried to charge for wrong items after being specific. They need to slow down and get orders correct. Foods almost never warm. Waited twenty minutes for 2 burgers, 2 fries and an order of nuggets. Burgers were wrong, and food was barely warm. Not a single person is up front to greet or help anyone, everything must be ordered using a kiosk. After 15 mins of waiting, I went to politely ask how much longer my food would be, and the woman couldn't give me an answer. After finally getting my food as I went to leave, a woman at the counter said "I hope that woman doesn't come back" loudly enough for me to hear even though I was never rude. Despite my burgers being wrong, it wasn't worth my time or effort to go back after such a long wait for lukewarm, incorrect food. Would also like to point out that while this store can afford kiosks to avoid paying cashiers, their roof is caving in, so I guess I shouldn't expect much. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a Large carmel mocha received the right size cup but a small size coffee. Also this was straight expresso nothing else. I always order this drink. The lady didn't know how to work that machine I saw her. And she seemed upset for whatever reason. So either she did it intentionally or she really didn't know what she was doing. I was never rude nor said anything....... Don't order breakfast burritos from here you'll basically only get a cheese burrito. And don't order no chicken biscuit the chicken is always old and hard. What a waste of money and time! Retrain your employees and how to make the food and drinks as well as Customer service because that attitude isn't working especially if the customer didn't say nor did anything to them.
