Absolutely 100% the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. Horrible service. Ordered my food off the kiosk and it took 10 minutes for someone to take my money. And then another 5 minutes to get my food. [Parents don’t have internet; sharing for them.] (They also never complain but wanted to) They went thru the drive thru and ordered a coffee with cream and a water. The water was Sprite and the coffee had no cream. My Dad took them inside and asked if they could give him some cream and a water. They joked with each other about it and laughed. He felt like they were making fun of him. The coffee was so full when my Mother opened it it spilled everywhere. It was cold and about 50% coffee and 50% creamer. They won’t go back. Delphos Ohio McDonald's is by far the slowest drive-thru service of any McDonald's I've ever been to. There will be 1or 2 cars at the window and 10 more waiting to place their order.
