Refused to own up to mistake when punching in the wrong order. Attempting to order a combo, punched in 3 different separate items and paid for it. Honestly if you guys could just open the play area that would be great. The kids have been asking for 2 years about it and soon they will be too old to care lol. Someone told me december 2023 and it's February. I get it, no one wants to clean it lol but cmon do it for the kids. 😅 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This is a top tier McDonald’s I find as much as I hate saying I loved it…I’m lovin it. Staff are friendly Coffee is always hot and fresh Food seems well prepared, ingredients are always correct and placed nicely. Cleanliness of the restaurant is always maintained including the bathrooms Ice cream machine always works lol. And most importantly - should’ve said it first - I’ve actually heard the manager call out to the whole staff “20min timer going off in a moment - everyone wash their hands soon as you get a second” that blew me away. I eat here regularly. The food is pretty standard for McDonald’s and of consistent quality. The drive through is efficient. I never have to wait long even if I go when it’s busy. On New Year's Eve, the manager told all in person visitors that the latte machine was not working. Mysteriously, customers who had McDonald's coffee cards and stamps couldn't redeem their latte based drinks on the final day. Previously, one of the Filipino staffers claimed thos coffee cards were only eligible for black coffee, not latte based drinks. They opened their play place in first week of December. However, when the staff don't want children to use the space (they don't want to clean up the area or they want staff to use it only) they come up with rubbish excuses. Today it was this: there were bees in the play area. This franchise of McDonald's is absolute pants. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ate at this McDonald's twice, both times the food was consistent as expected. I used the self-serve kiosk so I do not have any strong opinions regarding the service although I was asked if I had been helped by an employee after placing my order so that was good. Good amount of parking and accessible. Would have liked to see the booth seating repaired near the window as one of the seats was missing. I ordered a double Big Mac, 2 meat patties are missing (should be 4 I only got 2)? Whole piece of lettuce instead of shred lettuce? The sauce inside is mayo instead of mac sauce? Rude signs that include lies and go against McDonald's corporate regulations. All these regulations have been dropped.. so then what is it? Then very direct rude signs from the tyrant management. They also closed the top section because they already don't ever cleanup. I haven't been here in years, but I used to love this location and now I am appalled. The staff even looked as if they were dead inside. Clearly there is an issue with the owner or manager and corporate is not aware of the situation.
