Sad when you go in at 7.15 a.m on a Saturday morning only one other customer. You would think your order would be perfect nothing missing. second time getting a Deluxe breakfast hash brown missing no napkins not one. As I said before with some of these other business quality of service goes down prices go up. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Jessie the employee taking out today IS the best customer service I’ve ran into all year round! Had such a horrible day and nerve racking day today and Jessie’s patience and authentic approach to his customer took that whole edge off in the mere minutes of making my day that much easier! Stopped for a cold drink and ended up with a small ice cream cone (real ice cream I was told, not a frostie). The restaurant was calm and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, wishing me a happy holiday, and wearing jingle bells too! Jessie’s customer service was outstanding and very personable. The evening shift manager (can’t remember her name) makes sure the order (special request) is right every time.
