Ordered food at around 1:20 pm and it never came and of the 2 numbers I called , no one EVER answers!!!!!! No one ever called back! ! It is the sorriest Mc Danalds I have ever seen around the world!!!!!!!!!!!! And this isn’t just a one time thing!!!!!! Don’t GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Service Delivery

The food was McDonald's. The service was pretty decent. My sister got a spicy chicken sandwich. The rest of us just got drinks. But we stopped here passing through on the way to Savannah. The website and sign on the door says open at 6:00 a.m. I stop there a few times every week, but I only experience this issue on Sundays. This morning in particular, there were cones blocking the drive thru. The front door was locked (I got out and actually checked the door), and the phone went to voice-mail. I drove around to the drive thru window and blew my horn because I saw an employee, but she never looked my way and continued to handle the boxes for apple pies. I took pictures so I have a time stamp. If the hours have changed, please make the proper adjustments so customers will know. Service: 1

Not that any McDonalds really has a good reputation for their food or service - however, this is the WORST McDonalds I’ve been to. I’ve been to this one four or five times, and every time I go through the drive-thru I have to pull up and park, AND the order is wrong every single time. Pass it by, it’s not worth the headache. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to pay for my order. While I watched 3 employees standing around talking. One employee walked right past me on her phone like I wasn’t even there. And when I started walking out is when they tried to stop me so they could finally do their job. Use to be okay but the last couple times I have ordered has been a disaster. Always have to pull up even if it’s for ONE burger. Takes forever. Most employees are extremely rude (at least the ones who bring you your food out when you have to pull up) and most obviously have lack of work ethnic. The floors are so greasy feeling you have to be careful not to fall. No wonder wet floor signs are always up. Overall I’m sad to see this place has gone so far under like it has. It use to be decent. I hope they can get it together because right now I can’t stand to go there and try to avoid! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So I ordered at the kiosk and then stood back for employees to see me so I could pay. After an employee seen me and didn't bother to help I sat down. A few minutes later I noticed my number wasn't on the board so I got back up to wait again. Same employee seen me standing there again and turned her back again. After 10 minutes I guess she got tired of being started at she turned around looked at me looked around and spoke her head no like she didn't want to deal with me. She didn't say 2 words to me till I got my order to leave. If you want to know what was so important that she didn't have time for me. Her phone thats right scrolling social media was more important than a customer.
