We went through the drive through. The staff was friendly. Our food was disgusting. The fries were cold and really salty. The order was made wrong. We asked for certain condiments to not be put on our hamburgers and it was. I was too far away by the time I realized it. Why do they ask if I have a mobile order every single time I'm at the window? If I have a mobile order, I'll tell you? For such a big corporation, it's a waste of time (which is money) in order to ask a question that a person will say no to. They also must have the employees on a script, it's like talking to a robot.
