I don't expect a lot from McDonalds, but you'd think the manager would at least be polite and an example for her subordinates. Nope. She's a total €unt. She needs to stick to banging truckers. Stay away from food.

Our local McDonald's tries hard to keep up with demand and sometimes that is hard in Weimar, TX where there is lots of traffic from I-10 & not always a lot of ppl who want to hold down jobs in small towns. Y'all know I give ⭐for how good a place is.. 1⭐ for my wonderful Hot Fudge Sunday. 2 ⭐⭐ for Maria the night supervisor. I took away 2 ⭐for the other employees BAD behavior. L11We ordered online 10:55 submitted. The website says closes at MIDNIGHT. What was the problem??? "We close at 11pm" it was 10:56 the 2 gentlemen in front of us left. I stepped up to counter & said "I have an order to pickup. It's already paid." The young employee said, "We're not serving anything. " Me: "I've paid." Guy behind me, " The website says you close at midnight." Another employee comes up, "We are closed at 11pm." Me: " I want a receipt to show this has been cancelled & I'm not gonna be charged." Both employees just walked away ignoring me. My daughter came in & walked up to take over & was ignored until Maria came to the counter. Maria: "I'm sorry I was in the office & didn't hear what was going on." Very calm & concerned. My daughter explained Everything. TIME: 11:04pm Maria: What was your order? daughter: 3 ice cream sundaes. Maria: I can get those for you. So sweet, so nice.⭐⭐ for Maria. Maria you are manager quality. So proud of you. Thank you. 1 of 3 kids meals was missing a toy, parents in sure you can understand the chaos that ensued. The McChicken packaging was already ripped open as if someone made it to eat and ripped half the paper off to start eating, and then they added another wrap on top to make it look fresh and new. You can always depend on McDonald's when traveling. The rest rooms were in the connected convenience store center and were new and clean. I was very impressed that one of the staff members actually watched my order until I came back from rest room yo make sure I got it. Recommend this restaurant. MEAL!!! We will take this as our sign to stop eating at McDonald’s! Maybe fast food in general lol. I’m a sahm with a colicky baby and a toddler. Sometimes I need a break but no exceptions anymore. It’s not worth it. Service is terrible here too. The blonde kid with the long hair might have a little attitude problem too. He was cussing while kids were there in the lobby. Who does that? At a place that sells happy meals?! And these fries? Disgusting. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went to this location while on a family road trip. We did a kiosk order because we didn't see anyone at the counter. However, we paid in cash. We had to wait several minutes for who I assume was a shift manager (based on uniform) to approach us. Even then he came off as though we were an inconvenience. Then a young lady in jeans and house shoes that had been sitting at a table the whole time goes behind to wait for our order. It took way too long to get the food and while waiting the young lady kept leaning over allowing her hair to lay all over the counter. If the food takes long, I understand if something needs to be cooked. I'm fine with a wait if the food is fresh. However, every item was barely lukewarm and some items were cold. Burgers were missing onions and Mc chicken was missing mayo. I used to be a shiftmanager for McDonald's. This is not their golden standard. If you are on 10 headed west just keep driving and don't be tempted to stop. There is a Taco Bell one exit down. Go there. You will surprisingly have a lower chance of diarrhea there.
