Daytime service is great! However night shift is simply mean and rude. Tonight my 2 sandwich/small fry order was messed up. They forgot my fry at the window and I said something and they wanted to see my recept, then I got my fry, cool. Fast forward getting home and both my sandwiches had NONE of the condiments that I PAID extra for. So I called and it sounded like an entitled high school boy. He was extremely rude and hung up on me at the end. He didn’t let me get a chance to even talk during the entire phone call before rudely hanging up. It’s so irritating how disrespectful he was especially because I was nothing but patient with him. Never going during night hours again and I hope that boy is fired for being so disrespectful, I’m also not the only one who had noticed his smart mouth and rude behavior. This McDonald’s is a JOKE. I’d say skip and go to another location. Sat in the drive thru for 27 minutes. Our burgers were plain (was not supposed to be). One of the buns on a sandwich was burnt. We did not get all of the food that we ordered. The food we did get was cold and very old. Went back the next day for them to make up the food we did not get. Still got cold and very old food.
