It's McDonald's. We all know what to expect. It got 3 stars for my most recent visit, because the meat wasn't even placed on the bun before it was wrapped. Not a big deal unless you're trying to eat at work. And, no, I don't have the kind of job that I can eat at my leisure. It has to be fast and clean. The last trip through was not. Worst drive through ever. If you pull in you have to wait for everyone in the drive through to go through just so you can back out. If there's a line you stuck there for 30 minutes Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We had ordered a cheeseburger meal, comes with two cheeseburgers, two medium fries and, a 20 piece McNugget. And we were given only 3 packets of sauces, the manager there was snarky and condescending and had us pay an extra 0.27 cents for four extra packets of sauce. He was a rude and condescending manager and had taken our receipt after giving us our sauce. Awful service. -5/5

Restaurant looked absolutely disgusting, it looked like nothing was cleaned all day. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, they told me that I didn't even place my order 😞. I indeed did place my order at 7:50pm, and they did not get my food to me until 8:27. They did not apologize for the wait or inconvenience, and they didn't even notice I was there at all until 15 minutes after I walked in. I have never received such horrible customer service in my entire life, please do better. And I didn't even get half my order... Order is always correct. Lines are fast. The only weird thing is the automated guys voice greeting you with "will you be using the app today". It's weird and stupid. The actual human with the headset isn't always ready to interact and the fake guys voice initiates the interaction. The store was a mess, I waited 30 minutes for 2 orders that I placed 20 minutes @7:50pm prior to me arriving to receive, food was old and cold and the staff was rude the entire time. Took 5 minutes 8:00pm of me walking in to get asked what I needed help for and on one of the orders was missing a medium frie. All the employees was standing around talking and the lady who was on expediteing asked for the food that was missing and even asked for help and nobody went to help her was an awful experience and I'm very disappointed. Always short handed, witnessed a manager scolding another employee because he was trying to do more than his assigned task. No one was at the window but he approached the counter to attempt to help the 10 of us in line. Good food when the ship is running smoothly. Avoid after 6pm Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

3 weeks now they have "had issues" with the hot drink machine for Mochas etc. Funny how that only seems to happen when it's early morning and low on staff. I've been coming here for 7 years and this is always the case. I've been able to actually get a Mocha 1 trip out of 9 times I have tried. 6 Billion dollar franchise but can't work a coffee machine. We are done with this place, it's sad because we eat there a lot. Service: 1

Terrible service walked in ordered had to wait a few minutes just to get cups lobby was filthy as well as the bathrooms this McDonald's has gone down hill so bad that they need new ownership or managers. I brought up the fact that the lobby was dirty to the manager and all he could say is sorry we are short staffed. That is no excuse that is why you have a cashier up front that should be able to handle cleaning as well. I guess he told one of the employees and all she did was come out and sweep while we were there. The health department will probably be showing up at there door soon and we will all watch them scramble like worker ants. We added a water at the window. We were parked and told the water would be ran out with our order, rather than being made and handed out with our other drinks. We also requested a couple tubs of BBQ sauce be thrown in our bag. The girl delivered our order, no water, no BBQ sauce. She was very nice though and went back in for both. The burgers were surprisingly lacking any warmth, odd since we were parked because we were waiting on fresh burgers. Not a bad experience, but just over mediocre. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
