Asked for fresh, hot , crispy fries. While I was waiting, I saw the employees put old fries back in fryer. They charge 6 dollars for fries, but they can't even make fresh fries when asked. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I have never been to a worse McDonald’s in my life and lucky me it’s the one closest to my house. I have never got a single order completely correct in the few years it’s been open (granted I do try to avoid any McDonald’s). Also the past 3 years for sure I’ve tried to get the seasonal shamrock shakes there and the shake machine is ALWAYS down. I’m starting to think they just don’t want to make shakes. Plus they now charge for every sauce cup you get which is pathetic for a billion dollar company yet the employees act like that sauce cup comes right out of their paycheck. Atmosphere is a 1 star because the shell station and Chinese place it’s connected to are disgusting. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today takes the cake. 35 mins for my order to be screwed up 4 times… new Lisbon McDonald’s needs to invest into more training. This McDonald’s is known for screwing up orders. When calling corporate they asked if I was with other people who have called today about their food being screwed up. So it just shows how often they get orders messed up. I usually have decent experiences while going through the drive through, but tonight I had went and forgot to add in a McDouble. I had gotten to the window and asked to add in the order. From what I believe it was the manager who had rolled her eyes at me before proceeding to put the order in. The only times I ever have issues is when she is working. For a manager I feel she should be much more professional. I understand jobs can be frustrating especially towards the end of a shift. But there was no need for her response. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Inaccurate menu boards. They show orange juice in the meal photos right next to the price, then have an upcharge for it. May not meet the legal definition of false advertising, but it's an unethical practice and that's the reason for my review. Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Enough is enough. This is hands down the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Countless times, it is always the same. Today I arrived at 0623, they open at 6. Sat at the drive-through kiosk for about 5 min and nothing, so I drove up to the window. I had to beep to get someone's attention. The lady told me they would be open in 5 min if I wanted to wait! She stated nothing was set up! So I went to the second window and waited as instructed. The same lady came back 10 minutes later and asked if anyone took my order......um no, still sitting here! Ordered, took 10 more minutes to get my food! The female manager was walking in as I was waiting. What a joke, it is like this every time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The employee in my photo provided 5-star customer service. GIVE HIM A RAISE! I dropped my cone on the way out and he was quick to make me a new one. He had a great sense of humor, too. Technique and size were great! Flavor was good. Would definitely return if I didn't live 4 hours away.

Gas station McDonald's usually are unpleasant for me but this one was an exception. Clean and comfortable seating. Friendly, patient employees. Food came out hot and the fries were crispy.
