Ordered 20 pc nuggets in the drive thru and drive all the way home to find out i only got 15 nuggets!! How do you do that?? Maybe counting classes would help!! Tried to call the but keeps ringing buzy! If you go through drive thru take your time and double check your bag!!! I tried to buy a Diet Coke inside and the staff refused to allow me to order at the counter. They wanted me to use the kiosk. I tried 2 kiosks and they wouldn’t allow me to purchase a soda with cash. I waited for other kiosks, but other guests were trying to figure out their order. Then I decided to go to the drive thru. I waited another 10 min for my Diet Coke in the drive thru. I used to love this McDonald’s and I always went out of my way to stop at this one. I won’t be back. I wasted 20 min trying to get a Diet Coke. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
