Food is rarely fresh, almost always have to pull forward to park and wait for food. My biggest complaint is that they take advantage of less fortunate people. I work in Lexington and live in Cynthiana. I order 2 bacon egg and chz bagels in lexington mcdonalds it cost around $9.50. In Cynthiana mcdonalds that same exact meal cost $13 and some change. Whatever excuse there is for the price difference , just don't cut it for me. I make sure if i eat at mcdonalds it aint this one. To me this is price gouging! The drive thru is usually full and you WILL get pulled up to wait. One or two teenagers working the window that ruin the whole vibe because of snotty attitudes. Food is always good...as long as it's made correctly. 75%/25% chances (good/bad) on that part. They will however correct it as long as you bring it to their attention. So it's McDonald's, I'm fairly certain you know what to expect. Our visit today was an indoor dine. We had quite a large order and they brought our food out quickly, were very well mannered, and the fries were fresh! Great job! I rarely eat at McDonald's but needed a quick meal while on the road and got a Big Mac meal. The fries were perfect, needing no ketchup at all and the Big Mac had plenty of sauce and was made fresh. I live in another part of the state and the ones in my area mess things up so I stopped going, but will go here to this one again for sure when I am in the area. Also the unsweet tea was fresh which is a big reason I do not go the ones in my area who often serve old tasting tea. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 5

Posting this for Madison hill……Cynthiana McDonald’s is a joke. I started working there may 2022 and it was good in the beginning until that summer. When one of the managers was well aware of my sisters heart condition. Who by the way CANNOT be in the heat for long. She had her in a spot with no air conditioning and would not move her to another spot even when our other co workers had offered to switch positions with her. It was a big fight to the point she had to say there was a family emergency so she wouldn’t over heat. And winter of the same year I had a hoodie on and got sent home because it was 30° outside and I am no bigger than a pencil. When there was a co worker around a bunch of kids passing out on the grill high. But my hoodie was a bigger problem. Around the same time I had found roaches in places that food doesn’t even touch. My first time ever calling in I got suspended when i was very very sick unable to even get out of bed and slept 16 hours that day. One of the managers tried to take my phone when my mom was texting me telling me about a family member who had passed. When I had let them know I had family stuff going on. And when I didn’t give it to him he proceeded to scream in mine and another co workers face. Another day I had been handing food out of the window and started laughing and my manager who was in a bad mood all day had told me I had no reason to sit here and laugh. Then after a year i had quit because I had moved and i came back 6 months later. Which was early october. 2 days after i had started back my manager had asked me to drive her husband to the horse park. On the clock. And he had taken me to a sletchy trailer park on georgetown road which i have been told the only thing that comes out of there is drugs. And i had sat there at the trailer park for 30 minutes i was also under the impression that i was dropping him off at the horse park. We get to the horse park he goes in and gets a sandwich while he was in there i had called and asked to go home because i live not 15 minutes away and by the time i would have gotten back to cynthiana i would have to go home. And was told i could. He had sent me all the way back to cynthiana and we got back at 2:58 and i got off at 3.I had gotten into a verbal altercation with a manager with how I was doing my job and she had threatened my job over it. When I had been trained to do so and did my job that way for a year. For 2 weeks i was called racist by a co worker and they took his side to add he has autism. Which i took into consideration. But i had asked him repeatedly to stop multiple times very nicely and he kept going. And i had asked for them to move him when i had came in one day. And they didnt. Knowing the problem. it was enough and i had gotten stern and asked him to stop.My last and FINAL day there I had gotten back from break and my manager was clearly stressed and had told me to go somewhere I’m not very big on working and they were aware of that. He got mad and told me he would send me home with a suspension and I told him that is fine because I would’ve gotten off in 25-30 minutes anyways. I then had my job threatened again. And I got mad about it. As one would. And he told me to go so i assumed he meant home. After that i was told i no longer have a job there. I had texted him apologizing and he was a complete douche about it. I have brought all this up to the managers and the general manager and they have done absolutely nothing. And blew me off when I had communicated it. To add I am 16 and started back a day after i got my intermediate and I got up extra early to be there because of the 35-40 minute drive from my house to there.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions and the ticket on the wrapper even said no onions but it had onions. Fries are never cooked all the way. This McDonald’s has really went down hill recently. Service Take out Price per person $20–30

Ordered a double cheese burger. The cheese was thicker than the meat patties. The meat was paper thin, and dry enough to choke a person.

During my visit this morning I decided to not use the drive thru. I walked in to a modern McDonald’s with a great atmosphere. My order was correct and fast. The food was hot and delicious. The inside was clean. I was impressed!
