Worst mcdonalds in the nation. Soda is always flat or syrup/ carbonation ratio just way off. French fries consistently over cooked, pretty sure they're just double fried. Wife door dashed food today asked for extra fries instead of apple slices. They literally put 4 French fries in each mini container. My kid super appreciated that happy meal. Polite and efficient service. Easy access from rt 44 if you need a snack as your traveling through this could be for you. Bathrooms where clean and accessible. Drive thru has multiple lanes. Sometimes it's not about the amount charged, it's about the quality of the product and the ability to respect customers. This isn't the first time this has happened at McDonald's and this explains why so many stores close throughout the year. A spit of sauce and half-eaten slices of cheese sum up my disappointment. Big Mac sucks now. 😪 it was my favorite, but now it's just gross. Still the best fries around, though. Sad that every time I go, it costs at least $20 now. Stopped in this morning since we have no power and it is obvious that they have some of the stupidest people who work there. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit. A sausage mcgriddle for a coworker and two hash browns. When I got to work I noticed that they didn't give me the hash browns and the biscuit was sausage which I don't like hence the reason I ordered a bacon one. And there is no Mcgriddle they gave a sausage on an english muffin. I haven't been to a McDonalds in probably 15 years and this is the reason why. They mess up orders. A 20 plus dollar order was given to a car in front of me. Great thing I asked for the receipt. Then had to enter the restaurant twice. Once to collect my food and once to get the rest of my meal. Seems someone forgot how to train for the drive thru. A very high quantity of cars traverse this drive thru. Do not know how many are mistakes or misses. Everything went well until we drove away, the new limited edition cups (at least the one medium we just got) wasn't produced properly and the lid did not stay on: I tested it when I got home, while it was empty and it just popped right off with light pressure. Prices just keep rising. I only go to keep the kids happy with happy meals. What ever happened to the $1.99 happy meal of days past? Don't even talk about about the price of a milk shake. Most times you need to recheck when you go through drive through or a child will be upset about no dipping sauce and no napkins.
